experience with sacred choral music. Selections
include classical and traditional music as well as
arrangements from ethnic spirituals and the best of
contemporary Christian music. The Chancel Choir
rehearses on Mondays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM throughout
the year. The church nursery is provided during
choir rehearsals. |

Gold Handbell Choir
During the school year,
a select group of musicians bring the gift of bell music to our worship.
Performing on selected Sundays and Holidays, the members of the handbell
choir also perform solo bells or as ensembles to accompany the vocal
choirs. |

Guest Musicians
Trumpets, tambourines
and flutes are used in the Old Testament as instruments of praise.
Here at First Presbyterian Church, we don't limit ourselves to only those
instruments. We occasionally add bagpipes, clarinets, drums or
other instruments to add richness to choral music, hymn singing and other
worship music. |
