As we approach the most wonderful time of the year, my heart is filled with gratitude for each and every one of you. The Christmas season is a special time when we come together to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and I want to extend a warm and heartfelt invitation to you and your loved ones to join us for our Christmas Eve Worship services.
This year, we have planned a day filled with love, worship, and fellowship, and I sincerely hope you'll be part of these special moments:
1. Christmas Eve Worship at 10:30 AM in the Sanctuary: Join us in the morning as we begin our day with praise and thanksgiving, reflecting on the joyous occasion of Christ's birth. It's a beautiful way to kick off this festive day with our faith community.
2. Contemporary Worship and Interactive Lesson at 5:30 PM: In the evening, we have prepared an engaging and interactive lesson for both the young and the young at heart. Come and experience the Christmas story in a new and meaningful way. This service promises to be a time of learning, laughter, and love.
3. Traditional Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 7:30 PM (Special Music at 7:00 PM): Our day culminates in the evening with a time-honored tradition of the candlelight service. The Sanctuary will be aglow with the warm light of candles, and the music will lift our spirits as we celebrate the birth of our Savior.
As we gather on Christmas Eve, let us remember the true reason for this season. It's not just about the gifts and decorations; it's about the greatest gift of all - the gift of love that God has bestowed upon us through the birth of Jesus Christ. It is a reminder that we are deeply loved and cherished by our Heavenly Father, and that love is what binds us together as a church family.
In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming, please know that you are not alone. You are part of a loving and caring community of faith, and God's love surrounds you always. As your pastor, I am here to support you, pray for you, and walk alongside you in your journey of faith.
So, my dear friends, I invite you to join us on Christmas Eve as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, share in the love of our faith family, and find strength and courage in the knowledge that we are loved by a God who is with us always.
