Poverty, homelessness, gun violence, corruption, famine, bigotry--our society's problems seem overwhelming. It is simple, even organic, to go with the flow and accept the world as it is. However, as Christians, we are confronted with a "Gospe-alities" such as We are the "Salt of the Earth'" (Matt 5:13); Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind (Romans 12:2); God uses His people to bring God's will “On Earth as It Is in Heaven” (Matt. 6:10) to mention a few... and this Summer we wish to share, praise, preach and announce these and many more "Gospe-alities" (Gospel + Realities) for the success, abundance, and benefit of the People of God and the Glory of God's name.
The starting point is... Is it possible for ordinary individuals to make a difference? In God's name, we say yes! #Letsgo
This summer, we plan to take some of the practical suggestions, leadership analysis, and forward-thinking ideas from Rob Hoskins and John C. Maxwell and compare them with well-known life-giving Scriptures. The sermons or lessons will be scripture-based; however, some challenges and activities will come from elements of the book! We are taking what we can from worldly wisdom, comparing it, testing it, and improving it with Holy Spirit-filled wisdom.
We want to help you remember that God designed us to make a difference with a higher purpose.“He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10; God gave us salvation through His Son, and as a testament to that reality, He has plans for us to live it out.
James explains it this way: “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by actions, is dead.” (James 2:17) This verse doesn’t mean we earn our salvation by “making a difference.” It tells us our acts of serving and living like Jesus prove that we believe He died for our sins.
Our actions are the “spiritual fruit” that Jesus spoke of in the Parable of the Fig Tree.
Our faith should produce fruit when it is active and authentic.
Whatever the desires, vocation or the calling of God to your heart we trust this time of study and reflection will guide you through the entire process to take action and start making an impact today right where you are.
We believe that because Jesus, if Lord, you (Empowered by the Holy Spirit) can bring about positive, lasting change in the world, you don’t have to be rich and famous or lead a big organization to do it. Let us begin together!

The world we live in feels broken for many of us, yet change is more accessible than we think. You’ll not only be encouraged to make a difference based on the needs you see around you but you’ll be equipped to implement change immediately.
