Our New Women Bible Study - Begins Oct 17th, 6-8 PM
Our next study will begin October 17-Nov 21 (skipping October 31) and it is "Philippians: The Joy of Christian Living" by Darlene Schacht, a 4-week bible study journal. This includes coloring scripture pages, which will help us to memorize scripture, which is something Jennifer Rothschild has been encouraging in our current study.
The Book of Philippians, found in the New Testament of the Bible, offers valuable insights and guidance that can be relevant and beneficial to both men and women. While it may not have specific content aimed exclusively at women, there are several reasons why we have chosen to read and explore this amazing book.
We have chosen this study because... it will offer a path to spiritual growth and a deeper connection with God through its teachings on faith, joy, contentment, and perseverance. Additionally, it provides the tools to maintain a positive attitude in challenging times, encouraging unity, humility, and love in our relationships. Notable women like Lydia in Acts 16:14-15 serve as role models, inspiring us through their stories. Philippians also offers practical advice for living a Christ-centered life and strengthening our faith. and we wish to invite you to join us because studying this brook within a community of women provides an opportunity for mutual support, connection, and encouragement as we deepen our sense of self-worth rooted in Christ.
