A Closer Look at Season 2

In Season 2, The Chosen dives deep into the struggles of the early Jesus movement, focusing on the disciples’ efforts to come together despite their differences. From tensions between Matthew and Simon the Zealot to Mary's emotional struggles and the growing pressure from Roman authorities, this season highlights the personal conflicts that threatened to divide the disciples. Through it all, Jesus is the one who unites them.

As Pastor Mario reflects on the season, he notes, “The Chosen Season 2 wasn't just about one major crisis but a series of small conflicts that all point to the same truth: when the disciples focused on themselves, they struggled. When they focused on Jesus, they came together as a powerful team.”
