Sunday, August 23rd
Traditions (Sanctuary) - 9:30 AM
The Crossing (Fellowship Hall) - 11:00 AM
Yes, the church plans to open for live worship on August 23rd with no more than 100 people in each area (Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall). We will also be moving from three worship services to two.
To make the opening as safe and easy as possible, we have put together a few guidelines for you to review before you arrive for in-person worship.
Face to Face Worship Procedure
• Face masks are required in all buildings.
• Maintain a distance of 6 feet whenever possible.
• Wash and sanitize hands frequently.
In an effort to maintain a safe worship environment for you, our staff and volunteers, we ask that you comply with the following procedures.
There will be two designated (marked) points of entry for each service. Each entrance will be staffed by a greeter who will be taking your family name, the number of people attending with you and a contact number.
Traditions 9:30 AM
The Crossing 11:00 AM
There will be hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout the campus and masks available at each entrance. Upon entering, be mindful of marked seating. We aim to cultivate a social worship environment within the recommended CDC guidelines for gathering.
Greeting - should only be done from a distance. We recommend an enthusiastic wave.
Music - will be performance based; however, we encourage participation in the way of swaying, dancing, humming and clapping when appropriate.
Offering - will still be accepted via mail, transfer from your financial establishment and through our website. We will also have designated collection sites near the entrances.
Food and Drink - are strongly discouraged for the time being. You’ll want to have your morning cup of joe prior to arriving. We ask that you keep your mask on as long as you are indoors.
If you are not comfortable following the above mentioned guidelines, we ask that you continue to worship with us online. In the unfortunate event that you aren’t feeling well or are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
We will be streaming both services live at 9:30 and 11:00
on Facebook/FPCEustis and on the Worship page of this website.
Despite Covid-19, the pastor, deacons, ruling elders, team, committees, and church staff remain available to take your calls, and emails to offer encouragement, prayer, and answer to your questions or concerns.
